Southern Living Magazine is a household staple in the Southeastern United States. Generations have enjoyed its images of laid back Southern Living, swinging of front porch swings, baking peach pies, and entertaining family in the home. We were delighted when Southern Living held and educational event at the heavenly Barnsley Resort in Adairsville GA. This venue is renowned for its marvelous food in its various restaurants, its relaxed atmosphere featuring historic cottages for City folks who need to escape the hustle and bustle and breath its fresh air. Its huge acreage features the ruins of the original home place constructed by the original owner for himself and his family.

Southern brides looking for old time architectural ruins in which to make their vows. situated at the top of a rise the ruins are breathtaking. They are often decorated with chandeliers and upholstered furniture to create an amazing ambiance for cocktail hour. Our Brides here have used inside and outside to full effect.

Guests were served a Southern Brunch featuring a range of fruits and syrups to enhance pancakes and biscuits. Served in our fine china bowls and jugs they were a sight to behold.Each guest was able to choose from a variety of plates and bowls as well as cups and saucers. Such a fun and elegant way to enjoy friends and family.
