Daily rate is the rate charged per item per day.
When is a deposit needed?
A deposit of 50% is needed at the time of booking.
When is the balance needed?
30 days prior to event.

If any damage occurs the renter will be assessed at 5 times the rental cost of each item. An invoice will be issued within 2 working days. Payment is due within 5 working days of receipt of invoice.
If my event is cancelled can I get my deposit back?
The deposit will be refunded 90% if cancellation is 30 days prior to event. 75% between 30 and 15 days prior. If cancellation is less than 14 days prior we cannot offer any refund.

The china is mismatched? What does that mean?
We have many pieces which are not sets and so have mixed them together to provide an eclectic look. Check out our event galleries to see how it all comes together.
How is china packed and delivered?
China is very delicate and comes safely packed with much padding. It should be returned scraped of solids in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Delivery is assessed at $1.50 per mile.
China must be washed by hand. Do you offer this?
We will wash the items for a fee of $100 for 100 place settings or 500 pieces. NO item may be placed in a dishwasher due to its delicate nature.
