When Pantone decrees the colors for the year the entire design world takes note! For this year it was palest blue and pink, together! Not always an easy combination but with talent and vision it can be stunning. For this shoot we had the design vision of A Divine Event out of Atlanta. With much experience
they were able to use depths of greens and accents of Pantones colors to make this all work magically. Not least of this was the venue, The delightful old Southern Plantation house Cloverleaf Farm. Situated near Athens Georgia, home to UGA and their amazing football team! This location is ideal for Brides looking for a historic but updated venue for their special day.
This day was particularly hot and our models were amazing, never breaking a sweat despite extreme conditions that us vendors found hard to deal with.
The hair and Makeup was by Bombshell creations creating a natural soft look for our lovely Bride. Her gown was amazing! Created by Kate MacDonald Bridal who is known for her female friendly designs. This gown was above and beyond featuring beading in both Pantone colors for a super unique and elegant look.
Our suave Groom was dressed by J.Mac Clothiers and was a real trooper keeping his jacket on and buttoned most of the day, phew!
A Divine Event decorated the House with wreaths of fresh greenery and also the table runner. How they kept the flowers fresh is beyond me! But the Brides floral crown did not wilt once.
Our table and the lovely seating that went with it was provided by Crush Event Design who Incorporated color pops to bring the whole Pantone look alive.
Our Place settings featured touches of Pink and Blue but did not overwhelm by including grey and white to add sophistication and elegance to the mix.The Paper suite from writefullyhis was elegant and soft fitting in with the palette whilst adding personality too.
