This glorious Coastal Georgia wedding was full of scrumptious details. The private club situated in view of the stunning georgia coast line provided umpteen opportunities for creativity. The family were anxcious for this to be a memorable event full of family and friends. Pieces from the family home were added to tablescapes of multi colored floral explosions. Chinoiserie jars were used to hold the floral displays creatin a more residential ambiance. Subtle textured linens with hand embroidered napkins built a delightful layered backdrop to magicl placesettings.
The food stations were color coordinated with our plates creting a color story for each option. Shrimp and grits were placed in double handled bullion bowls and placed on saucers for ease of movement. Plates in shades of green,blue, and pinks were for the other food stations.
Cake plates were a selection of fresh soft colors perfect to accent to cake.
I loved the detail at the base of the wedding cake.Including shells and florals in a nod to the Sea island asthetic. Incorporating shells but not to many, is an art that Britt Wood and his team excels at. The breif to make it feel like home was definately acheived
and made all guests feel at home
