This Something Blue inspiration shoot creates an ethereal soft look that is classically romantic. Our designer Molly wanted the Tabletop to be soft and elegant with a hint of luxury. The China Plates were our glorious White with Gold rim chosen for the simplicity of the design as well as its classic elegance. When creating a Table scape its important to consider the wow factor.When your guests arrive they should pause for a moment and take in the beauty that you have created. Layers of fine linens over a textured wood table. Fine china partnered with cut glass and fine silverware. Your florals should be big enough to be noticed but not so big that your guests cannot see one another.This Historic venue ,Brumby Hall in Historic Marietta, lends itself beautifully to the Southern Bride looking for classic elegance in an outdoor setting.Featuring an in town location with all the convenience this provides,but with an old world feel that cannot help but be appreciated by your guests. Especially in the glorious rose gardens that were absolutely stunning for us on this day. This wedding featured a rustic table with linens streaming to the floor. Soft fluffy florals in shades of blue and white, with Lambs Ear adding texture and softness. The stunning cake from my friend Eilleen Carter  in another soft shade of Blue, had surprising layers inside that goes perfectly with the english china cake plates it was served upon.It is a detail that is often forgotten,but the cake table is immeasurably enhanced by stacking divine cake plates around the cake.Consider this as a huge focal point for the later stages of your reception.Let this provide you with inspiration for your own personal day.
